The snow is finally slowing down across the province, but road conditions in many areas remain extremely poor. Police, snowplow operators and other responders are still busy assisting drivers and removing vehicles that went off the roads today.
Please continue to stay home if you can. Non-essential travel should be postponed until road and weather conditions have improved, to ensure your safety and to allow snow clearing crews to work. If you must travel, please slow down, give yourself lots of time, use extreme caution and drive according to conditions.
