On March 2, 2025, at approximately 11:45 pm, Pukatawagan RCMP were called to a residence in the community for the report of a home invasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When officers arrived on scene, they discovered the front door to the residence had been damaged and a male known to the occupants had entered the residence and threatened a 27-year old female inside with a machete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There were young children inside the residence at the time of the incident, but there were no physical injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The <\/a>male has been identified as 27-year-old Triston Bear, who fled the scene before officers arrived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bear currently has a Warrant of Arrest out for a separate incident, with more charges pending including Breaking and Entering and Assault with a Weapon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
