London man facing charges
LONDON, ON (February 24, 2025) – A London man is facing charges after a break and enter to a business in the east end of the city over the weekend.
On Saturday, February 22, 2025, at approximately 4:20 a.m., a security officer contacted police to report seeing two individuals enter a fenced property in the 1800-block of Gore Road.
Descriptions of the suspects were provided to police, and officers responded to the area.
A male and female were arrested without incident.
A search of the male yielded two sets of keys with identification tags affixed, a health card belonging to someone else, and break and enter tools.
The female was released unconditionally.
As a result of the investigation, *a 38-year-old London man has been charged with the following offences:
• Break & enter with intent;
• Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000;
• Possession of an identity document;
• Fail to comply with release order; and
• Possession of break in instruments.
The accused is expected to appear in London court on February 25, 2025, in relation to the charges.
