The CPS Homicide Unit has now charged 2 additional people in relation to thehomicide.

CHARGES LAID

Police have charged 2 additional people in relation to the death of a man after a fatal home invasion that occurred in January 2024.

At approx. 9:15 a.m., on Thursday, Jan. 4, 2024, we were called to a residence located in the 0 to 100 block of Braden Crescent N.W., for reports of a home invasion. Upon arrival, police located 1 man deceased & 2 others injured inside the residence.

An autopsy was completed on Friday, Jan. 5, 2024, by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, confirming the identity of the victim as John Wayne DAVIS, 53.

In early February 2025, Jarvais L. EISNOR, 44 & Troy Jordan LEMKE, 40, were arrested & charged in relation to this incident.

The CPS Homicide Unit has now charged 2 additional people in relation to this homicide.

On Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2025, Ryo Allan NELSON, 42, of Calgary, was arrested & charged with 1 count each of manslaughter, unlawful confinement, robbery, break & enter & 2 counts of aggravated assault in relation to the death of DAVIS & the 2 other victims who were injured.

Additionally, on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2025, Alexandra Faith DOMAN, 31, of Calgary, was also arrested & charged with 1 count each of manslaughter, unlawful confinement, robbery, break & enter & 2 counts of aggravated assault in relation to the fatal home invasion.

NELSON & DOMAN will next appear in court on Wednesday, March 5, 2025.
