The St. Andrews RCMP is asking for the public’s help following a break, enter and theft in St. Andrews, N.B.
The theft occurred on February 4, 2025, between 4:15 a.m. and 4:45 a.m., at a business on Augustus Street in St. Andrews. An individual used his vehicle to force open a security fence to gain access to a storage facility.
The individual is described as a man. At the time of the theft, he was wearing a high-visibility safety jacket, dark coloured pants and green rubber boots. The individual stole a quantity of scrap metal, five 20-pound barbeque propane cylinders, a 100-pound barbeque propane cylinder, and a number of small and large blue C-25 mixed gas cylinders, then left the scene in a truck. The truck and some of the stolen items have since been recovered.
Police are now releasing surveillance footage photos in hopes that someone may recognize the individual.
